Cook With Me Live: The First Class Is April 13

Live Cooking Classes Are Coming!

I’m excited to share something new: I’m starting monthly live cooking classes on Zoom, exclusively for paid Substack subscribers. You’ll receive a shopping list ahead of time so you can cook along with me and ask questions in real time. If you can’t make the live class, no worries—you’ll have access to the recording and recipe afterward.

The first class will be on Sunday, April 13th, at 12:00 PM Eastern. I tried to find a time that works for both U.S. coasts without putting me in the middle of the night (Madrid time problems). This may not be the final schedule going forward—I’m open to adjusting based on your feedback—but I needed to start somewhere.

This has always been one of my biggest challenges in running this business: deciding what content should be free and what’s worth paying for. I truly believe these live classes, plus access to the full archive of recordings, will be a great value at just $5/month. More than that, I think they’ll be fun, useful, and a meaningful way to connect.
