Shopping List: Spaghetti Aglio e Olio
(Serves 2)

Pantry:

  • 1/2 pound spaghetti

  • Kosher salt (at least 3 tablespoons for pasta water)

  • Extra virgin olive oil (1/3 cup, good quality)

  • Red chili flakes (1 teaspoon or to taste)

Fresh:

  • 3 to 5 cloves garlic

  • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves (about 1/4 cup minced)
